MyProtein Pro - The Pre-Workout - 30 Servings Strawberry Kiwi, 1 Each 100 g

I'm a 43 year old male. Trying to work out like I did in my 20's, but it just wasn't possible. My mind would want to push/run but my body would occasionally feel tired. As many as 4/10 workouts would fail because I just wanted to sleep the second I laid down on a bench press to lift. So tried pre-workout for the first time.Amazing! The taste is strong (it suggests 3-400ml of water but it was way too sweet for me, almost vomiting, 500ml of water way better for me), but boy does it work. I haven't had a failed workout since taking this for the last 6 weeks. I feel energised and my recovery between sets is super.At my age this gives me the energy I miss from 20 years ago and it looks like I'm buying this for the rest of my exercise days. One of the best things I've ever bought off Amazon.

Flavour is ok to say the least. Dry scooped it which is what I would usually do but the flavour is quite sour and in a way spicy, so next time I think I’ll have it mixed in with a little bit of water. Other than that it was great but could maybe have more kick/energy to it

Arrived unsealed with sellotape holding lid on , and powder stuck to sellotape, absolute joke , product should be sealed !!!!!
