during installation it shows version 17, but when clicked on the installation button it shows it can only upgrade the version below that it is mentioned.only 16(year2015),14(year2014),13(year2013).so i am unable to upgrade my system. so everyone be aware about the version amazon mention it, as this product is non refundable.it will unable to install the upper version. so simple mathematics is this that the product can upgrade the upgrade the antivirus which can install maximally on the year 2016as maximum availabily of 3 years. but what is given in the side for the previous one.another thing is this one whenever i entered the product key for direct installation quick heal says it is wrong number. so every one beware of that

Though details says email delivery but I received through courier. No email was sent sharing activation code. The one received through courier worked fine. Please note that if your earlier license has expired 180 days ago, this renewal code will not work.
