I recently tried the "KOMALI Tradicional Tortilla" and I have to say, I was impressed! The tortilla is made from nixtamalized cornmeal and has a nice, soft texture. The diameter of 15cm is perfect for making tacos and quesadillas.I love that this German product is made just like it would be in Mexico, and it has a very authentic taste, it is perfect for Mexican cuisine. I also appreciate that it is sold in a pack of 500g with 15-20 units, which is great value for money. Although they can be tricky to pick apart, easy-does-it is best when separating tortillas.One of the things that I loved most about this tortilla is that it is very low in calories, with each tortilla containing only 47.56 kcal. It also has a good amount of protein and fibre, which makes it a great option for those looking to incorporate more nutritious options into their diet.Overall, I highly recommend the KOMALI Tradicional Tortilla. Was actually scared to eat them as they smelt very strong of some sort of chemicals which I noticed as soon as the packet was open. They also had a weird shiny rubbery texture, went straight in the bin. These are nothing like authentic corn tortillas, do not bother.

nice texture. little darker than you would expect. tasted too sweet when compared to regular corn tortillas.

Of all the different corn tortillas that I have tasted away from Mexico, these ones are pretty close to the real taste of the Mexican yellow corn tortilla. Really liked them a lot. I have already bought them few times and will continue to do so until I go and get more from Mexico.

I've been to Mexico a dozen times over the years and love Mexican food, particularly tacos. The rich maiz flavor and amazing texture of these tortillas is momentary escape from Germany back to Mexico... As long as you know how to create the toppings I guarantee an unforgettable experience.
