More than just brownies... cookies, too!
I was able to use this pan to make chocolate chip cookie bowls, with great success. I will note that for cookie bowls, at least, the cook time needs to be adjusted. For a cookie recipe that asks to be baked for 9 minutes, I had to bake for 18-26 minutes, depending on whether I was making two pans worth or one.I haven't had a problem cleaning these at all, though I do coat the inserts and the bases with butter beforehand, to make sure that they release properly. I have had zero problems with these thus far. I was happy enough with one of these pans that I bought a second.

Works exactly how I wanted
I bake eggless cakes, so i used my eggless batter in the cups, divide equally among the six I put a little over a quarter cup in each, they barely reached the fill line, and they baked perfectly. Baked for about 25-28 min, I check for doneness by taking off cover and pressing the base, if it springs back its baked., plus the brown and pulled edges are also a tell. It is smaller than expected, more like cups than bowls. So far i only filled with buttercream, have yet to try any other fillings. I love this and will be buying more!

I've enabled a family full of snackers.
If you can make cupcakes, you can make these mini bowls. I made a yellow cake mix and the resulting bowl was used to support ice cream, whipped cream, bananas and honey. They don't last long around here. One batch of cupcake mix will give you 12 bowls and in my experience that only lasts a couple days around here.Next, I'm going to work out a brownie mix for the bowl.

Works great!
Works great! So far I've made strawberry shortcake bowls, buttery biscuit bowls filled with lobster meat and brownie bowls. It's easy to do and they always amaze!

Super cool and easy to use
Worked great! Used flour Pam and baked 5 minutes less than package called for with a 8x8 brownie pan. Let cool a little before inverting on a wire rack. Cups fell out easily.

Such a neat idea
Love this pan. Making brownie bowls for ice cream is just genius. I have also used the top pan for other baking needs, and it's just as non-stick as the bottom pan. Got this on sale for $8 so can't go wrong!
