It's pretty heavy.
Works well, build quality is high, doesn't feel cheap. It's pretty heavy... which makes it feel much more high quality but I suspect they may purposely inserted weights inside to give this effect as it is much heavier than similar style charging cubes of same size made by different companies. The tension needed to fold the socket prongs is set at a good amount... have no had problems with the prongs folding in and collapsing too easily when trying to plug it in. (which can be an annoying problem if your plugging into hard to reach sockets or tight spaces.

Smallest reliable, well-built charger with 2 individual 2.1 amp plugs i've found. Glow lighting lets you know its on without being intrusive (i was worried it'd be too bright at night but with cable plugged in and a bit of sharpie on the light it was perfect). Buying a second one as my first is so great.

Great value and performance
Perfect for travelers who need to charge two devices at once. Was a bit concerned about being to big to fit some hotel furniture plugs, but so far haven't had an issue. Charges devices very quickly.

Our family probably has a hundred or more of these around and I have sampled dozens in the last year alone, and I really like this model. Unlike older adapters, this has the addition of dual USB ports, plus it provides 2.1A through both. That means it has a quick, even charge that is good enough for your phone but can also work with tablets and other devices. This device has quite a few things going for it, including the fact that it is well-made, lightweight, easy-to-store (because the prongs fold in), it provides a fast charge to more than one device, it charges evenly, it is safe, and it lights up while in use.Briefly, you can tell this is a good make because it is sturdy and resilient, with enough weight to it to say it is a good design but not too much to impact carrying. In reviews, it is hard to explain how you can tell something is quality, but you know when comparing it to other items. You can see the design, the way things move and work, and much more. From the prongs to the ports, it looks like it will last.I like the fact that the prongs fold in for two reasons. First, it makes it easy to store and carry. You can fit a square lamost anywhere, but a square with little prongs sticking out? Not so much. The second thing I like deals with that, too, only it adds the fact that you do not have to worry about the prongs getting broken or damaged. When you look at the device, you can tell that this will work and continue to work without issues, and that peace-of-mind cannot be understated in my opinion.When it comes to charging, this has a lot of things going for it. First, you have the 2.1A, which is something you see a lot more in more modern items and helps greatly when it comes to faster charges. Compare that with a 1.0 and you can really see the charging speed difference. Newer chargers like this also incorporate smart technology to keep your device safe. In items that are well-designed, you have technology that now regulates power flow better, that stops charging when the item is charged, and that keeps surges from occurring. You also have power applied evenly between ports, which is something I was testing with two Samsung Galaxy 5s.The device also glows blue while in use, and the color is not intrusive. That means use at night without the horror of some terribly bright hue. Granted, a person will notice it in pitch; I sleep light anyhow and see it, but it is not nearly as problematic as other items and the benefit of knowing it is in-use outweighs a little lighting in the dark.All in all, I like this a lot. I want to disclose that this was supplied for sampling purposes, was tested for 14 days before reviewing, and was used quite a bit. I take reviewing in general seriously and things like this even more because of the device and safety additions, so sampling in no way impacts review objectivity.
