Yup. It IS what it says it is. Most high(er) protein bars contain either way too much fat or way too much sugar. This one takes both those nutrients down to a balanced level. Taste and texture are very good, almost like a chewy but firm-enough brownie you might have baked at home. I am ordering a supply. On the go health nuts like me will appreciate these bars. Wish they came in more flavors.

This is a great choice for people like me with several food allergies. I'm constantly on the go and I eat it as a source of energy between lunch and dinner and before a workout at the gym. It is tasty and satisfying and I would recommend this bar to others to try. It is a bit pricey but worth it in terms of nutrition and content. I would definitely order it again.
