I bought this to help relieve back pain. I’ve tried a lot of different things. I saw and add on Facebook and looked for the most similar item. This was uncomfortable to use at first and did not feel to great after a few minutes however I did notice a difference. I use it just about every day now and it’s been 2 months. I stand up straighter. I feel so much less pain and discomfort and I’m more flexible. I’m 6’1 316lbs so this has helped a lot. It helps me work out longer and finish my workouts with a stretch that helps relieve a discomfort that my workouts normally cause.

Nice it works and does have a lot of effect on my back pain, makes a good gift to give to someone you know has back pain because it does have an impact on it doesn't take all of it but it does make you feel more relaxed

I’m 6’1, 27yo 325lbs male that have a severe herniated disc which he me bedridden for 2 and a half months, along with sciatica. The pain was (is) no joke. I did not want surgery and figured there was a natural way to heal. After a few hundred dollars and a garage full of failed equipment I saw this back stretcher online. I was skeptical at first but I bought it anyway thinking “nothing to lose right?” I haven’t even had it for an hour and all I can say is WOW. I feel like I’m walking for the first time...again! This product is amazing. Definitely recommend if you have sciatica. I can’t even describe the pain I felt. It also supports my heavy self very well. I should bought this a long time ago.

When I opened the product the smell was unbearable. I can’t quite pinpoint the smell but it’s not “plastic”. Almost like a litter box, like it was stored in a litter factory. I soaked it and scrubbed it with Lysol and still smells. Hoping it goes away. Even still I put it together (was real easy) and tried it out. It does the job. I can feel it stretch and the product supports my large frame (5’8, 200) It’s what I intended it to be. Looks exactly as the photo. Shipped extremely fast. I’m sure the smell will fade eventually.UPDATE: The smell was gone in a day

I used this product while traveling. It is nice and portable compared to my Wooden one which was supplied by my Physio organization to stretch my back for pain relief and to make it stronger.

doesn’t crack your back or straighten it out. jus lay on it n have back pain from using it

it an easy streching device and really does help with pain, realif but not a magic pill i am doing this now 1-3 minutes each day for 2-3 times.
