Dangerous. Do not buy.Cable coating failed under moderate weight after about 80 sets.No way to see this coming. Tensile strength of cable coating insufficient for weight lifting applications.Do not buy this product. Luckily the metal cable jerked back at an angle and I was not under any of the weight.This is not user error - this is a failure in a critical component. Notice how the cable coating remains in the u-bolt. The cable coating failed at the first u-bolt causing the cable to shoot out and the thimble to fly off towards my face, striking me in the nose. A few inches to the left or right and I would have lost an eye.If you buy this item, you are putting your safety at risk. Buyer beware. Your eyesight is not worth a couple of hundred dollars.

Absolutely love this product! Extremely smooth with the pulley. The plates sometimes sway, but just slow it down a bit and you’ll be fine.

Easy to install. Cable is just right and it let's you adjust the length so that is a plus.

Update: the nylon wrapping on the cabling has started to split over about a 3 foot section. It likely won't be long before it comes off completely.This pulley system, so far, is great! The components feel sturdy and solid. The pulley is smooth, the cable has an appropriate length, and the install is easy.

You usually get what you pay for, that being said this pulley system is economical and well built. I can do most of the things I want and need to do with it. It's sturdy and the cable movement is very smooth. Add a few attachments and you are good. My only small complaint is that the loading pin that holds the weight could be a little longer. I use the old school cement filled weights and they tend to be bigger than metal weights. I just happened to have a longer attachment from another pulley system. It is working perfectly. All and all just what I needed, an economical pulley system that can go anywhere.

Cheap but very sturdy. I have been using it for quite sometime now. At least I do not need to pay $$$ a month for a gym membership that I end up not using during the majority of the month.

I am very pleased to come across this product. It is smartly designed, functions properly, offers durable quality, and fits my needs. It is a perfect addition for my Garage Gym. I am an "Endurance Guy - Runner/Cyclist" and only had 100 lbs loaded on the pin. The pulley was stable and functioned robustly. The cost of the item is affordable and I intend to purchase more, so I can set up additional pulley stations. Packaged securely in an Amazon box and delivered to my home in a timely manner. The product arrived on time and as described. It came with everything to set up the pully system. The assembly was easy, it only took a few minutes to set up. I did not use the strap that came with it. Instead I anchored it into a 4x4 with a j-hook.
