Easy Peasy
So convenient. 90 sec in the microwave give about 15 to 20 min of good conditioning heat, more like 15. I do not have to be connected to any wires, able to move about with easy. Not too heavy on my head and comfy fit.

No gel burst
Band is a bit too wide. It did not break once it was in microwave. Previously brought one that was similar from a different company less than 3 months ago and after heating in microwave the gel came out.

Total waste of money!
This cap did not work as stated. I purchased 2 of these, 1 for me and 1 for my daughter. Deep conditioning is very important for our hair health. These were a complete fail. They felt warm but did nothing to transfer the heat to our hair. Tried to save a few bucks with these but actually ended up wasting my money. Went back to the Hot Head caps which I highly recommend. They work GREAT!

I do not recommend this product to anyone.
This product is terrible after one use of it the whole thing start falling apart. The the gel inside the cap start leaking all over it's a terrible product I would not advise anybody to buy it it's a waste of money.

Maybe better for thicker hair
The cap retains heat well but hot packets will weigh the cap down irritating the scalp.
