This is easy to do by simply covering it it with a sheet of plastic. If you go to You Tube and search 'NOAQ Boxwall flood barrier demonstration on poor surfaces with plastic sheeting' you will see an example.

Yes, that is delivered. Because of the dimensions of a single panel of the NOAQ Boxwall is greater than what standard UPS and USPS deliveries allow, it must sit on a pallet. For this outlet, shipping is priced for 'a few' units to break even. Greater quantities, like a full pallet can/will get less expensive if purchased that way.
