If you look at the many complaints of thus product the reason is the metal bars take extra effort to go in the grooves of thee plastic side bars. If u don't fit the metal bars deeply in to the grooves the final shoe stand will ne unstable and the shelf bars will be falling off.Make sure you take time to assemble this right ✅️At first I also had trouble and the shoe stand seems very flimsy and the bars were falling off.Once I got them forcefully in all the way to the space of the side grooves the stand is quite stable and works.Not the best for heavy shoes.Works for me and my wife.Good luck woth the assemblyThe manufacturers really need to put a picture based assembly instruction to avoid the faliures.

Easy to set up if you know what you are doing. Good product but the poles need improvement. Spacious for a good number of shoes.

Bought as a "proof of concept" before purchasing a much nicer one, was disappointed beyond belief.What an absolute pile of crap! I get the saying "you get what you pay for" but it is crazy how absolutely awful this product is. The quality is beyond abysmal, worse than I would have expected. The metal rods are way too short and so are constantly falling out, which is annoying to replace and terrible if you're coming back from a late shift and have young children asleep in the house because the clang is so loud.Overall, the concept is pretty decent, but this could be better executed by my 9 year old niece!

Useless keeps fallingNot worth the trouble

I bought this as I was in desperate need of a proper place for my many shoes including outdoor shoes, fancy shoes, sneakers and football boots. Like most men, we just have a lot of shoes. So I got this due to it being cheap.Now I have so say that this is a very strange rack. It came in the smallest box I have ever seen which was strange enough. Building this didn't take long at all but is a little confusing with the amount of holes and the amount of plastic bars you get. I got there in the end by following the instructions but the holes the instructions told me to use for the bars, the bars kept falling out by the littlest of weight on them. So I had to re organise the bars into the holes on the end and the one in the middle as they seemed to hold it best. It keeps shoes quite nicely but it is a little small. My size 9-10 shoes hang off the end but it isn't all that bad. It still looks fine and organised. The quality of the bars are the anchor of this racks quality to me. They just aren't that great but I mean it works and I guess thats the main thing. You don't need any tools and so I guess that means it isn't that bad. I managed to get it holding my shoes and that's the main thing. The amount of levels make it nice to hold lots of shoes. I can fit 3 shoes a level so thats 15 shoes available and I'm a size 10 with a few size 9s and 9 1/2's.Overall it gets the job done, doesn't look terrible as well but the quality of build is poor and eventually I will get a better rack. This one I believe is good if you are looking for a really cheap rack that can hold plenty of shoes. But if you have money to spend then I wouldn't recommend unfortunately. I think the price is worth it but I feel like it could be better with how the stand holds the bars and also the material of the bars being plastic isn't great but it works.

Just what I wanted and at a good price. Looks good in my cupboard and fits a lot of shoes.

Cheap price however the rungs are too small (in length) for the space they’re meant to fit in to. Because of this they keep falling down - have ended up having to duct tape them in so they stay.

It looks great keeps everything tidy and saves a lot of space. Realistically you can only fit about 3 pairs across but still is firm and does not fall apart if you correctly push the rods into the hole and has not fallen apart. It is slightly smaller than it seemed though
