This unit looks good and has a few good options but the weight and plastic cover for the pieces drove me to return this item. The weight is at 5.4oz compared to the Dakine unit at 3.8oz (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009L6YL2M/ref=oh_details_o04_s00_i01?ie=UTF8&psc=1). So while it feels solid it feels really heavy in the pocket. I thought the other review equating it to a brick was over-exaggerating but it truly does feel like a brick in your pocket. The second concern/issue is the plastic door cover. I will be using it for snowboarding and kitesurfing and I know this will not hold up. I feel it has the potential to break in my pocket or at the least opportune time losing the pieces inside thus rendering the tool almost useless. I bought this unit and the Dakine above and will be returning this unit today. One additional point is that while it has great leverage for really tightening screws etc, it does not have a ratchet ability like others of this size.Pros:- Solid- Magnetic bits- Two locking positions for really torquing screws etc hard- Tap measure- Bottle OpenerCons:- Weight (5.4oz)- Cheap plastic door to hold bits (check the door as mine came "pre-cracked")- May corrode in salt environments- Cheap final assembly - looks great in the photos but screws heads come slightly stripped, and there are plenty of spots to get sand and other materials to get stuck. Won't be easy to keep clean if you drop it in sand or dirt and may inhibit operation.

Works great. I use it for all kinds of things around the house when snowboarding season is over. Solid tool.

This is very heavy, somewhat bulky, and personally has uneeded features. was looking for something small to keep in my pocket when riding, but this bounces around and feels like a brick. purchased a small and simply key chain driver, that i never feel and does exactly what this tool does.
