TRASH. I received them with a part missing (the cushion, the peace that goes in your ear). And after using them for 2 days ... one side completely stopped working, out of the blue. I was just listening to music, and they stopped working. Worst earphones I have ever used. And a refund for these... will cost me more than the actual product...

I purchased these headphones cause of the good reviews but I can't recommend them.First I'll start with positives , these head phones are one of the very rare amount that can actually fit my weird ears without falling out. I've tried headphones throughout the years and while jogging they eventually come down I'm impressed.However, the negatives outweigh that positive, Bluetooth. I can't get these work properly, at all. The idea is you pair one to your phone, the other pairs to the other ear Bob's your uncle and it works. And it does indeed do just that but ..just because it does it, doesnt mean it'll work. I've had issues in the few short days I've had them hearing coherently on both ears. One will hear well, the other won't. Sometimes it won't work on both at all while moving.Standing still seems to be the best way to get it to work, which is a joke cause I bought it for movement. I've tried pairing both pieces and it didn't change anything. If I can't hear what I'm listening to on both ears, why did I buy it ? Shipped it back within 3-4 days and purchased new headphones which work supremly better day 1. Don't buy them, they aren't worth it.

Firstly the product quality is very good in terms of robustness and more importantly sound quality. Very good for those times in the gym where you need sturdy headphones whilst doing cardio.Secondly though the product came with a missing charging cable. This cable is unique to this product so I wrote to the seller who was extremely helpful, polite and sorted out the issue in a very prompt way. Nicely done!

I bought these as a present but after checking them the left earpiece would not work at all and I returned these on 21.12.19. It also appeared to be broken or not finished properly. I am still waiting on my refund.
