They advertise a ‘Lifetime warranty’ but even if this is an feasible declaration, I purchased the Rose version on 6th March 2018 and last night the zip on the main compartment broke and can no longer be closed. I have owned this item less than 1 year and would like to know why Amazon doesn’t offer a refund/replace option to make contacting third party sellers easy. I would like to contact the seller to enquire about their warranty promise and hopefully be offered a replacement bag as mine has broken in less than 12 months after purchase.In light of the zip breaking, rendering the bag unuseable and the difficulty I am experiencing in contacting the seller, I cannot recommend this bag more than 2 stars. I really liked the look and functionality, but don’t expect an occasionally used item like this to break after such infrequent use and within the first year.

Very strong quality 3 solid zips. 3 compartments. Lovely colour you can put a small coin purse in there small handy wipes and pocket tissue keys phone. Stitching very good very strong well worth buying for the women. If you doing long walks or jogging this is the one. You can even put a small snack in there.

I like it, but it is rather small. At least it is quite light. I already have a bum bag, but there is too much weight in it. It is just the right size for my mobile, a tissue and my door key, for when I take my dog for a walk.

A neat bag which is of a size to contain quite a number of small items or documents. It is of a hard-wearing material and could also be called a "fashion"product. Finally it is comfortable and useful.

This is smaller than appears in photos..there are better products on Amazon with same overall size but with bigger pockets. I had to order a leather bumbag as this one does not suit my purpose of keeping bits and pieces for cricket umpiring.

So far so good. I bought this for my mum as she walks alot with the dog. Nice big compartments ans shower proof.

Not at all as described in description. Claims to have a belt that adjusts 15-48 inches. Lucky if belt is 20 inches in total. Bought because of this. Feel ripped off. Totally useless to use.
