At first I was pretty happy. I use a regular bulb socket to put the camera in, did the setup process, & I like the quality of the video when watching live.The problem come with using the V380 Pro app. To start, the Ads for Cloud Storage are very intrusive.When it came down to set up Alarms & recording was too sensitive, even changing in light brightness would trigger an alert/recording.Setting a recording field was useless. I would get constant alerts.Also, when using the App on more than one device would immediately log you off from the other devices.I really wanted to keep this because it's great quality video / audio & virtually no installation process. But the V380 Pro app for either iOS or Android was too annoying to deal with.

This product was great of the fact that the picture was very clear and motion detection worked very well, almost to good. I set this up at my front door pointed at my drive way. This thing constantly sent me notifications because my next door neighbors plants would slightly shake from the breeze. That is how amazing this motion detector was. Downside, it was irrelevant notifications and it drove me crazy. Though the picture was clear, when it caught movement from actual people the picture tended to lag. So if you are hoping to see the faces of people coming and going from your property, dont get your hopes up.

Hello everyone, I liked this bulb camera because of its small size and the inconspicuous-ness. Besides the idea of security for me is seeing a stranger in front of my house without having he/she seeing you, so that’s why I gave it five stars for motion sensor and night vision. But my dislikes are the light sensitivity for the camera itself; ie it will trigger to record even the slightest difference of light so prepare to add at least $10 to your purchase. Finally, for the security system gurus out there, this bulb cam is absolutely worth every entry household and it required ZERO subscription fee. Thanks.

I am not able to open the photos to view them. I wrote to the seller three times and never got a answers to my questions, never replied. I cannot view it on my emails or my phone, etc. Because I waited for owner/ seller to reply it’s too late to return it. I like the product because it’s easy to just plus it on to a light bulb outlet. But it’s not doing what it’s supposed to. I am very disappointed because these sellers seem to ignore you once you buy the product.

I appreciate the swivel feature on this item since most competitor 360 degree bulb cameras can only be put in one position in the socket which limits the range of motion when you want to pick up faces incognito on the camera. The brightness of the light emitted is very dim but so are most regular LED bulbs without the video record feature. I honestly have only one problem which is the fact that if you are not on the same router and want to access the cameras remotely I am unable to and do not think it is possible to do this. Other than that I am fully impressed.

Once you purchase you realize it won’t work without a memory card you have to buy for at least $50

I got what I paid for ...Works but its like 360P video
