I rent a condo where the HOA has not been very diligent in keeping the grounds neat and clean. The stairs leading up to my front door (which are rarely used due to the building layout) looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a year, maybe more. There was caked on dirt, dead flowers and other assorted accumulated stuff. Following the instructions, I first washed down the tiles with water. I then turned the nozzle to clean. I did a little bit of mild scrubbing on some particularly heavy stains, using a brush made for that purpose. But, I didn't put a lot of effort into it. I let the cleaner sit for about 10 minutes, then washed it off. The dirt and debris was rolling away. It took quite a bit of rinsing to get all the dirt to flow away. It was a humid day, so it took a few hours for the stairs to dry. But, when they were dry, they looked surprisingly good. Some of the more difficult unknown substances did not completely vanish. But, as I said, I didn't put a lot of effort into the scrubbing. Overall, the stairs look pretty clean and the product was easy to use. The water/cleaner drained into an area where there are a number of tropical plants. They were totally unaffected. I didn't notice any strong odor while using the cleaner. My only complaint is that turning the collar from off to rinse to clean and back was somewhat difficult with wet hands.

I was skeptical at first as I’ve tried numerous cleaners on my patio. It’s a poured red brick pattern with concrete colored grout. It sits under a deck so lots of yucky things seem to attach to the brick. And I could never get the grout clean. This product is amazing. I had to scrub with a scrubbing broom and treat one particular place twice, but am so excited to have clean grout again. This is the best product I have ever used.

I used Granite Gold Outdoor Stone Cleaner on a Tennessee flagstone front stoop and walkway. Glad this product didn't cost anymore because it was a waste of time. I followed all instructions, left it on the stone for 10 minutes, scrubbed the stone during that time and rinsed. Rinse water was clean because no dirt was removed.

If I could give zero stars I would have. Product did not remove and dirt or mildew at all

It has some effect, but it is not excellent for removing fungus/mold from stone.

Hardly any effect on the flagstone inmy garden.

Applied several coatings- did not remove hard water stains from my stone patio. Very disappointed

didn't really work for me, but I guess it may for others. Nothing against it...just didn't do what I thought it would.

This product does not work, even full strength. I followed directions to a t. Even tried it full strength scrubbing with a broom and letting sit 10 minutes. Does not clean interlocking brick or cement at all. Waste of time and money. I ended up having to take a power washer to my patio. I do not recommend
