Reapers average 1.6 million shu. Dried, they are 800k to just over a million. Blazing Foods offers the most consistent reaper powder at 1.1 million shu

Q: Can you plant the seeds from these?

Yes. You need to soak the seeds first for about 24 hours in warm water (the good ones are the ones that sink, not the ones that float. The ones that float are unable to absorb water and will never germinate.) I have 2 healthy Carolina reaper plants from the seeds I planted and I expect to get peppers this summer. You may need to start with 8-10 seeds to get 2-3 successes. Also, the peppers are very VERY hot.

Q: Are they air dried or oven dried??? Doesnt seem like it but it makes a difference

These are machine dried. Dried in industrial hot air dehydrator, hot air temperature set at 28 to 30 degrees celsius.
