Judy Blume's Fudge Collection - 5 Books

I loved these stories when I was a child so bought them for my book loving daughter and she loves them just as much as I do and laughed our way through reading them. Be warned if your child still believes in Santa, you might want to skip a chapter in the second book as the lead character talks about Santa being make believe.

I’m sure these books are great, and my boy was enjoying them until he found out through this book that Father Christmas wasn’t real. These books are aimed at 7-9 year old and my boy is an advanced reader at 8 years old and he read the above page and immediately asked me the question I had been dreading. Yes I know he had to find out one day, but I’d have rather it didn’t come from a children’s book. So just as a tip, if you aren’t ready for your child to know santa isn’t real, do not allow them to read the Superfudge book. I’m very disappointed!

Purchased these for my 9 year old as I really enjoyed them as a child. So far she's on the second book and is enjoying them although I would say 9 is probably the older end of the range for these books reading level wise would be perfect for average 6-8 year old readers

I love reading these to my 7 yo daughter. It takes me back to when I enjoyed them when I was a child! My daughter loves them too and enjoys me reading them to her and reading herself.
