The pills are easy to swallow and have very helpful, specific directions for use: take with water after eating. The dose and combination are a useful size particularly for someone like my wife who is a vegan. Unfortunately she did not feel any improvement in her energy level or mood with taking them: nothing positive, but nothing negative. As with many supplements even if they are contributing to overall health, they are not evident.She feels they can be of value.

I've been taking B12 to help increase my energy level (which does help a little). The main issue I have with this brand is that it really has that "vitamin" smell. Yes, I know it's a vitamin, but I've taken other vitamins that do not have that smell (there's even one as a gummy). It looks more like a bigger Ibuprofen. It is still easy to swallow though.

I've been shopping for and buying various B12 supplements. At first I just grabbed a liquid at my pharmacy and realized it had colors and flavors, which can bother me. Maltodextrin isn't in this product but it's in many other supplements for processing reasons, and I can't have any of that. I took me months to realize this once I was aware of the possibility that it could be an issue for me. It was and that source was eliminated. I have health concerns and avoid many excipients and additives commonly found in supplements. The quest for a simple B 12 solution is new to me and I'm learning that it's hard to find a simple, basic B 12. I ordered this product without reading the fine print, and for some people this one may not be the answer. It's great to see that it's working for some people for energy and brain function. I'm going to skip taking it for now until I learn more about the ingredients. I do have issues that can be debilitating and I'm doing well by avoiding certain things, like allergies it's significant. I bought two other B 12 supplements while waiting for this one to arrive and that's when I realize this may not be easy, and I may have to spend more time reading about it. The tablets look good, the base ingredients or nutrient portion seems okay, although I'd like to know what the Folic Acid is and if it's methylated, it's better for my metabolic needs, in that form. Also, the binders and processing side seems to have a lot listed that I've never heard of. Anyway, sorry I can't be of more help with this one. Unfortunately, I was so excited to see it pop up I just jumped on it with enthusiasm before reading, as I normally would. As I said before, I'm glad it works for some people. If you're like me and have some sensitivities you may want to check into this and pay attention, just in case. Maybe check with your specialist or whoever is guiding you.

I currently take a chewable B-12 vitamin and have previously used the sprays and drops. My favorite after using this, is still my chewables, but these work well also. I don't too much care for multivitamin supplements, since I take each one individually, to ensure I'm getting the necessary dose. This including folic acid, Inositol, etc is great for someone who is looking to get all of these things without taking several different supplements. I personally already take folic acid separately so it defeats the purpose. All that being said, it's a good supplement, just contains the other vitamins that I don't need more of.

I'm vegetarian and supplement with B12. I've used sprays and capsules in the past. None have ever helped my energy and I didn't notice a change with this one either. I still take them; they are easy to swallow with no adverse issues (e.g., no stomach issues). Compared to a spray, these are shelf stable so a bit more portable. Ultimately, good for those who need to get B12.
