I was used to sleeping with two pillows for support. I bought this pillow because my other pillows were not keeping their shape. At first I didn't think the support of the Hotel collection pillow was adequate, as it sank down when I laid my head on it. After sleeping on it for several weeks, the support is good. the pillow supports my head without the bulk of two pillows. I like the pillow and although it's pricey would probably buy another.

Best pillow ever!
I am very picky when it comes to pillows and have been on the search for the perfect pillow. When I received this pillow I wasn't completely happy until the second week of sleeping with it. The first week, the pillow seemed somewhat stiff. Now that I have used it for a month it absolutely couldn't sleep without it. This pillow support your head yet is so soft it moves to any way you it to be. I have been spending a lot of money in the past two years looking for the perfect pillow. I am finally happy and plan to buy more in case they stop making them.

If you want a great quality pillow they will cost more than twenty bucks. This pillow should satisfy the most choosiest people. Firm but not too firm and keeps its shape throughout the night. No neck pain with these guys. Try it you will love it

A little disappointed
This is a heavy pillow, so I expected better. I literally crush these pillows but they are used as body pillows, so it's not a big deal.I have lighter weight down pillows that have way more support than these do, so I was surprised.

It did not easily compress down to a comfortable level
This pillow is very thick! It did not easily compress down to a comfortable level, leaving my neck kinked all night. It's not too bad for a knee pillow, but for that use is very pricey.

Good quality but only okay comfort.
Nice quality but not nearly as comfortable as I expected. Experienced sleeping on Northern Feathers’ pillows at a hotel and thought they were extremely comfortable...bought online but not at all the same comfort.
