Leaves my skin feeling smooth and refreshed and clean, i use it ones a week because i work at the airport and the fumes make my skin feel dirty and horrible, this fixes all that for me and its also helped with my skin rash. I ordered this for my mum a few days ago. She has arthritis and I thought It may help her if she Consumed this as it Is normally said that calcium bentonite clay benefits you if you consume in small amounts..It didn't state clearly down below if It safe to Ingest. Very misleading so please be direct!
