Cycling base layer
I do perspire to put it mildly when I'm cycling, and in the cooler weather I have found this to be a really good base layer, surprising given the expense and technology that goes into base layers these days.The trick is to have a shirt that is not too tight, that allows a little air gap between you and the garment. This garment works for me in this respect. It wicks away the sweat and keeps me dry, which is important when the cooler winds blow. I use this down to 5 deg C with a breathable cycling jacket and a waterproof outer when it rains.

Inconsistent sizes
The shirts are great but there is too much inconsistency in sizes. I've ordered 2 shirts that are the same size according to manufacturer, but totally different physical sizes. It's a total lottery whether or not what you order will fit, and given that it takes about a month to arrive it's not the most practical place to reorder things from.

I usually like sports kit on the tight side so the 'Moderately large' is really not a negative.It's great. I brought it so I'm visible while running at night. It's perfect.
