If the grocery store inserts feel like they need to be higher to make them feel like the package claimed they do or the custom set the foot doctor made for you also doesn't help, buy a pair of these extra-high arch supports. Literally, the second I stood on one, my foot felt good, almost like the relief after a massage. You won't need to walk on them for a day to figure out if they're doing anything. Immediately, I knew they were the right fit, and I would buy several pairs. I'm not exaggerating; extra high arches make my feet feel so good that I rarely think about feet. They helped my arches support my heavy weight, the way my knees used bow inward, and the ball of my feet right behind my toes no longer kills me. I felt like I had no padding on the bottom of my feet and was standing on bone. Next, I'd like to see if this company has arch supports for sandals and high heels.

These Plantar Fasciitis Insoles are a game-changer. Fits easily into my shoes, and the arch support really helps with my foot pain. I’ve noticed a big improvement in comfort throughout the day.

I have not given them a full try yet so I will update. If you expect any cushion on these you will be very disappointed. They are hard as a rock! I thought they would at least have a little cushion but there is none at all! They seem supportive and probably won't break down as fast as most insoles. I have not done hardly any walking with them yet though due to the hardness. Kinda worried my foot is going to hurt worse. 😕 But I am willing to try them.

These were for an older person. They might have used them twice so I can't really speak on it. The were, however, well made, brightly colored and easy to put in the shoe

So far they seem to help my arches. They are firm and stay in place. Definitely worth the low price

These arch supports are better than any others I have ever purchased. They are comfortable and suitable for the pronation problem that I have. They are well made and remain firm even after months of wear. I currently have a pair in my crocs, a pair in my dress shoes and a pair in my tennis shoes and my feet and ankles feel so much better. I am a registered nurse, I work 12 hour shifts and 48 hours a week. For the past three months I have had heel pain progressively getting worse and worse, I knew it was plantar fasciitis. I’ve tried stretching, A boot to sleep in at night, and I take more ibuprofen than what I’m comfortable taking. I have bought other inserts before and while they made the shoe more comfortable, it did not relieve my heel pain. These support work! I was stunned that I put them in my shoes and could walk around with no pain. I had my doubts at first because all other inserts I had used or soft and flexible. These are complete opposite! But apparently the arch support really helps. I will definitely be buying these again! I am so relieved to have relief!

Uso plantillas desde hace 40 años, asi que he comprado muchísimas, y puedo decir que estas son de las mejores por forma, construcción y materiales. Excelente soporte al arco y estabilización del talón. No le doy 5 estrellas porque el vendedor las recomienda para "dolor del talón", que normalmente se debe a crecimiento del calcáneo o a daño de la fascia plantar en esa zona, pero estas plantillas no sirven para eso; no sólo no tienen almohadilla de gel en el talón, sino que esa parte es igual de rígida que el resto. Esa rigidez es necesaria en el resto de la plantilla, pero no servirá a quien sufra dolor en el talón.

The NHS gave me cheap ones. These have lasted longer and are easy to clean and very comfy. I have a heel spur on both sides and these have stopped any pain.
