Bought this for my husband who has a bad shoulder and back. Unfortunately it takes a long time to heat up and the high heat setting is disappointing. A hot water bottle has more heat. Also not all the garment heats up and missed the area where my husband needed pain relief. The elements inside the garment that does heat up make the garment lumpy so not very comfortable. Instructions are very brief and do not advise if you can unplug or not once garment is at required temperature? Expensive for what it is.
