Per a Google search(manufacture location not indicated on tool): Wera is a privately held company and employs more than 750 people. Wera Tools designs and manufactures more than 3,000 tools for both manual and power tool applications at its German headquarters and its factory in the Czech Republic.

are they compatible with jis screws?

I haven't had an opportunity to check them against Japanese Indent screws. However they are small enough but they do cover a range of standard and metric

Does this set have all the hex drivers?

This is a Screwdriver set - with many nice screw driver sizes especially small well suited for electronic system work. No hex drivers included.

Always carry one for car,,home and caravan..

Super smashing marvelous..whoa madam.what a set it is comprehensive it is folks..yet again it's wera you would expect it..even the roll sheath is super solid..ultra light weight commonly known as ballistic nylon..rock solid..compact when rolled up..highly recommended indeed..pricy but you get what you pay for..ideal for little electrical including watch repairs..go for it you know you need it..it's a good un..prime tools didn't fail either recommended company..howard the bushcrafter..
