Swim Diapers for Special Needs
Small swimming diapers for a youth are HARD to find. Even though these diapers are still too big, it is the closest thing we can find to fit my 9 year old. I am thankful that he can use these!!!

Love
We got through so many of these each summer. My daughter with Down syndrome needs the bigger sizes than are sold in stores. Works great.

Necessary for us! Work well.
Contain my sons mess and its bad! True to size, wish they were cheaper cause we swim a lot. I put these, and a resuable swim diaper and neoprene on my special needs son cause we want to insure NO accidents. This contains the most tragic of messes so nothing leaks in pool. These on the inside layer mean I don't have to take home the smell. I wash them in the toilet then put in a plastic bag and dispose . Took away one star cause they cost so much.

No photo added, you’re welcome
Without the gory details…these worked as advertised. Purchased for an adult family member, with incontinence challenges, in a pool.

Good concept but needs improving
It is a good concept, but if you are in a wheelchair and have trouble changing in dressing rooms, these can be a problem. They are nowhere near absorbent enough to wear from home, to the pool. These have about the same absorbency as a panty liner. I am used to swimming in a regular diaper, which means that I have plenty of time to get to the pool, and can even do other things before I get there without worrying about leaking. I put these Swimmates on at home and drove straight to the pool. By the time I got there I was already leaking and had to change them in my van, which is hard to do. They need at least a little more absorbency to be useful for somebody in a wheelchair or are less physically abled. Once I got changed into a new one and got in the pool, they are comfortable and easy to wear under a bathing suit. Even though I have never had bowel problems in the pool, these seem like they would do what they were meant for. Most of the places I swim are private pools where they are familiar with me and know that I wear and swim in a diaper so I don't need these very often, but they would be nice to wear at more crowded pools and around people that don't know.

Works as expected.
My son uses swim pull ups and grew out of the kids sizes. So, we went with this version. So far, he seems happy with the product. Will purchase again.
