Bocha Sweet Baker's Bundle - 2 LB Granular & 16 OZ Powdered, 2 Pack

I made a keto lemon pound cake last night as my first recipe with this. I’ll add more next time, because it isn’t as sweet, but I could not tell it had a sweetener, like I can with all the others. I’ll keep testing! I like it.. wish it weren’t so spendy- hoping the prices settled down soon:)

Tried this for a keto ice cream recipe and it was great. I normally use Swerve, but this is hands down better. I will still use swerve for many recipes because of cost, but if you need a sweetener that is keto/diabetic friendly, and actually tastes like sugar, this is the one.

Kind of expensive for my "taste" but I needed this particular brand for a recipe. Good....not a lot of aftertaste to me, but too expensive for me to use in everything I bake/make in place of table sugar.

I was hoping this sweetener wouldn’t live up to the hype, because it’s so expensive! But, I guess I’ll have to go broke! This sweetener is SO good! So much better than anything else I’ve tried! You will not be disappointed, except, now you’ll have to spend money!

I love the 1:1 measurement (1 cup Sugar = 1 cup Bocha sugar) and I love that if I want to make a little "keto" frosting, it won't have a weird aftertaste. Just wish it wasn't so expensive.

For me is the only one so far with no after taste, it does upset my stomach...4 stars, because is too expensive, otherwise I will have gave 5 stars.

Cooks like sugar in baking, tastes like sugar with out raising my blood sugar without sugar alcohols or it’s effects. Pricey but an happy with the results.

This seems alittle sweeter than sugar so I don't think you can go one to one. It has no bitter after taste. I made a pecan pie and no one could tell it was sugar free.
