I've been using a Foodsaver for years to vacuum seal items for freezing or for use in my sous vide. I've always purchased bags or rolls from Foodsaver directly, specifically the game saver bags, as I find they both seal better and retain the seal better than the lighter bags. The downside is the expense... they're quite expensive. I'm not particularly crazy about this vacuum sealer and was browsing for alternatives when I came across these bags.I ordered the package containing 50 each of the pint, quart and gallon sizes. That's 150 bags for less than I would typically spend for 40 of the name brand bags. I've used each of these and I find them to be heavy duty like the gamesaver bags. I also find that they seal better in my Foodsaver than the brand name bags.I would highly recommend these regardless of price... the fact that they're much less expensive is a total boon.

Will definitely buy again! Thick & easy to use. Much cheaper than precut bags & you can cut it to any length you want. I vacuumed a bunch of meat that was already frozen & was worried about the bags getting cut, but I had zero issues.

These bags are easy to use and seal beautifully. I use these bags with a Koios vacuum sealer it is not an expensive sealer with bells and whistles. These bags have a clear and a textured side fill your bag and I have filled these to their maximum with full loaves of bread and seal your bag. Even full these bags seal tight and stay sealed. The clear side is up when in the machine. The amount of headroom needed is minimal as long as the bag extends into the sealer. I will buy and use more of these bags. The meat I have previously sealed is bright pink and red and frozen solid.

Very nice product stores food tight don't have to worry about freezer burns and an unhappy wife.

Bags worked beautifully with my FoodSaver sealer. Ordered the 3 size (pint, quart and gallon) package. When they arrived I immediately tried them with my machine. Absolutely no problem with the sealing process.Really liked that the bags were larger dimensions then the FoodSaver bags making them easier to seal.Have now ordered and received additional bags.

You get 2 huge rolls. They won't fit in my sealer, so I will roll them around another tube that I have. Great value though.

It's very good value for the money. However, be aware that it might be because that only one side is textured. I've never had an issue with that yet, but I do know that the 2-sided textured ones are supposedly better at getting air out.

Works great with my vacuum sealer system! Excellent price and size variety. Initially purchased rolls of vacuum sealing bags, and changed to these pre-cut bags ..... extremely happy I chose these ones!!
