Excellent Quality and tasty!
The rotis come out nice and smooth. It def is not going to taste like wheat roti so don't expect that, because bajra flour is is a millet and very good for weight loss and to maintain body weight. We only use millet and millet flours as our nutritionist has recommended us. We started of by mixing little bajra jowar flour in wheat flour for the family to get accustomed to the taste and now we eat plain ragi, bajra everyday, no wheat flour . We also use it to make sweet rotis with Our Organik Tree jaggery powder and Ground nut oil , happy with all the products. We buy it regularly!!
