The various Asian cultures have pickled these radish-family vegetables for centuries. We just got started. No wonder they pickled them, they're Delicious! We don't use a yellow dye. We get the pretty yellowish color from turmeric. We love the way it looks and tastes! Use as garnish or with Sushi or any of your favorite Asian dishes. Or invent your own special meal to serve Pickled Daikon.
