The product us defective and leaks everywhere, hot water too

I ordered this because I already had this company's hand-held steam cleaner - for steam cleaning surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom - and thought this may be as reliable as that has turned out to be. I also liked the fact that I could change the attachments to produce a ( sort of ) facial sauna thing too. All the attachments fit as they ought to with a bit of a push. The steam button has two settings other than being 'off'. The instructions advice booklet is terrible, in that it is printed in English but there is no gap placed between each word, turning the whole text into an almost illegible piece of gibberish. Still, the main thing is that it works, and I like it. How long it will last is maybe another thing, because the manufacturing quality doesn't appear to be to such a high calibre. I haven't tried it out in that capacity yet, but I think that - because the tank has a screw-in, spill-proof, stopper - I can possibly run this steamer over the surface of a mattress to deal with dust mites occasionally.Eamonn

Great product, multi use, happy with price.

I used the steamer for about 5-10 minutes? Then turned the switch to zero but had it still plugged in while I was sorting out something else for about 20 minutes in the same room. I then heard strange buzzing noises, saw smoke and the switch itself looked like it was glowing so I unplugged it and I’m getting rid of this thing it clearly is not safe.

Not happy that had to clean the product before use dirty in places

Come to use the product the separate attachments fit the main big ones fine come to attach to the main steamer body and wouldnt lock in to place, it just kept jumping over it returned the item for a refund
