Upon opening this item, I was greeted with an apparent rust covered stone. I had recalled reading about this in the reviews and the manufacturer stating it could be cleaned with water. As soon as I did so much as run water over the stone, it began to crumble in my hands. I immediately stopped and decided that there is no way this crumbly rock can actually be elite shungite. I am sincerely disappointed and have already begun the return process.

This piece is much nicer and bigger than I thought it would be, I will definitely be ordering from this seller again. The stone is a good two inches long and an inch wide, very nice, thank you.

If you're looking for a fancy, pointed crystal shape, then shungite is not the stone for you (see any picture of Shungite you can find). That said, the particular pendant I received from Heka is a beautiful piece, with a pleasing shape and the beautiful shine and iridescence of good quality Elite Shungite, at a very reasonable price. The nature of the stone makes it lightweight, so easy to wear. But I also found that, because of the lightness, the cord tended to twist (only one twist) so that it repeatedly flipped to show the side that was the back of what I wanted to show. Easy fix though. My solution was to add a couple of silver beads which gave it just enough weight to eliminate the problem, and added a nice touch, which I think made it even more beautiful. It arrived quickly/on time, along with a certificate of authenticity. I also received a pleasant note from the vendor, letting me know how to contact them to resolve any issues if necessary. It isn't necessary for either this piece or the bracelet I previously purchased, but a nice personal touch that goes a long way to show that they care about their products and customers. I definitely recommend, and will purchase from this vendor again.

Love it but I was to impatient to get the answer about the tumbled shungite. They're the same quality and I liked the look of the tumbled that was available for the same price.

it was nice in the box then i washed it off and the cord separated from the stone. i dont know if its real yet, but i hate it came apart.

It's a piece of cut stone, which is fine other than the fact that I don't particularly like the shape I got (looks like a bit of a ghost shape with a rounded top and the bottom flaring out into two points) and the edges are rather sharp.The loop and the string are not centred on the top of the stone so the necklace looks a bit off kilter. The black string used for the necklace portion is thin but seems quite sturdy.

Not too expensive. Didn't make outrageous claims. The cord is holding up well (a month of daily use even during some workout sessions) and I have noticed an improvement ( head pain is less) which is the most important thing.

Loving it, real authentic raw shungite! Only thing is the size of the rock might be different then expected. Mine was a bite smaller then what i was expecting
