Great Mat !!
i purchased this because of my back pain . No mattress could relieve the severe lower back pain . at the beggining its hurt but affer 3 mins i noticed that the lwer back pain is gone . after 5 min the pain from the spikes was gone i just felt a warm sensation , after 10 min i had no back pain !!i can't believe that this cheap mat accomplishes so much !!i don't recommend sitting up and or rolling to the side , simply repeat the process of pushing yourself up off the mat with you feet and shoulders, then slide the mat out . also comes with great bonuses , very good valueEnjoy this thing , it works!!

Brilliant product!
Pretty much every brand I've seen look and feel exactly alike, so there's no reason to pay more. the Kinetix Wellness mat and pillow size is much larger and I found it really comfortable as well. The shape of the spike is hexagonal and not round which give better feeling when you laydown on it as well the amount of spikes is hugh comparing other brands. This is a great deal for a great gadget that will help you fall asleep no matter how energetic you may feel when you lay down on it at night. Now I use it almost every night and typically I'll fall asleep on it, then wake up at some point in the night and push it onto the floor (sometimes I remember doing this, sometimes I don't). Regardless, you will immediately fall right back into a deep sleep, so although it's a sleep interruption, it doesn't impact

Love mine!
Let my daughter try it and she said it was too much for her, but it's mine and I love it. Very relaxing. The pillow is a bit large so I just roll one end of the mat under my neck and use the pillow for my feet. Works great!

I really love this product
I really love this product, because it very good. I have the same thing but another brand and KINETIX is much better. There are more spikes and it works better. I want to buy another one for my mom.
