This was easy to instal, fit my 2016 WRX perfectly and was great value for the money

Seems like a well made filter; fits perfectly for this application. By my count it has a pleat or two less than original OEM, but more than several competitors. Filter material seems to be of equivalent quality. My only slight concern is a) for this application, the OEM and all other competitors I've seen, use a fibrous gasket seal, but this one uses a neoprene one which isn't uncommon in other applications b) mileage stated at 15K vs 30K interval on OEM but then it claims to trap 2X the dirt. We'll see how it looks after 15K. Not surprisingly the car seemed to perform the same

Replaced my OEM filter on my 2018 subaru outback with this; the original had 15 pleats, this one had 20. Installed just fine. Haven't had it long enough to see if I get any mileage boost. What I did notice, though, was the hesitancy I was starting to experience in acceleration was eliminated. I had blown my old filter out, but it was time to actually replace it. These were reasonably priced and I'm happy with performance so far.

Wanted to take a star off for it being such a tight fit, like a millimeter more than the stock filter on 2 sides, but it's cheap, so I'm not complaining. What can I say, except it's an air filter. Don't notice a fuel economy or performance difference.
