This product is good but by all mean it's not a miracle pill. A lot beginners think this will work by just taking it only to find out you feel nothing but just a tingle. You must hit the gym hard and shock the muscles desired, this aids with supplying the muscle with blood and you will notice it when grinding those last reps.

I was looking for something to take my workout top the next level and oh boy did this product deliver. Once again, this is not a magic pill that is going to make you Superman. If you are not eating right, getting rest and drinking water then you won't see results. I typical take 3 pills about 30-45 minutes before my workout. In all honesty 3 pills are alot and can give a headache and queasy feeling in the stomach so you may want to do 1 or 2. The results that I can attest to is improved muscle recovery and strength. I am doing way more sets, my muscles are not as fatigued and the pump is nice addition but not something that was a deal breaker. My workouts are longer and harder. I also find that the harder I work, the better my body responds. Very potent so start slow.

I stacked this product with Testovox and Kre-Alkalyn and noticed awesome strength gains as well as vascularity and pump.

Price was ridiculously good and the pumps were decent, definitely worth it. Start out with 3 and push it to 4 tabs.
