This works great with my mixer, it scrapes the bowl beautiful which makes mixing a grease, its made of durable metal and rubber to last and is a great value for the money.

Fits my KitchenAid 8.5 “diameter lift-bowl well. It’s made of plastic, so time will tell how long it will last.

This works really good at scraping the bowl when I'm mixing the ingredients up.

So this just blew up on me - plastic wore out and it exploded. That said, I'll be buying another one, it works very well with my ksm5, and plastic isn't forever.I wish I could buy a stainless steel version of this. Just know that it's a 10 year lifespan item. Even with fairly light duty use

I have used this for a couple of weeks now. I own a cottage bakery and use this at least 5 days per week. I have purchased several different paddles like this and have never been completely happy with them because the did not effectively hit/scrape the batter from the side of the bowl. This paddle does the job VERY well! I am suprised it is not Kitchen Aid brand because it works so well with my Kitchen Aid Professional 600 mixer bowl! The paddle is very light, so I questioned the quality at first. I will have to update my review after more than a few months of use, but so far, so good!

I usually don't write reviews, but this one is going to get one. I have a KitchenAid 5qt bowl-lift stand mixer that is one of the mixers with the model that the beater is for.First off, and I missed this, so I want to make sure that you are undoubtedly aware of.....this beater is PLASTIC. It looks like metal in the pictures, much like all of the other beaters for these mixers, but no....it's just crappy white plastic.Second, the rubber blades that are supposed to, you know, scrape? Well, they don't. Why you ask? They don't even reach the edge of the bowl to actually do what the product is made for. Using this beater was absolutely useless this weekend while I was trying to use my mixer. I had to go back to my metal batter attachment and just deal with scraping the sides. What an absolute disappointment this piece of junk is.Third, the cost of something like this being $30+ when it's PLASTIC is outrageous. It's worth maybe $5 at best, and that's only if it works.Don't waste your money on this.

I bought my first Original Beater Blade about 12 years ago and it held up very well to hard use. This month, it broke near to top while mixing a large, heavy batch of dough. I'd tried a couple of other, less expensive brands and knew I wanted the Original Beater Blade brand. I highly recommend this brand.The new one works as well as the old one. The rubber blade does a great job of wiping the sides of the bowl - much better than the original metal blade that came with my Kitchenaid. Note that the rubber-edged blade is a little harder to clean than the plain metal beater blade, but its performance is worth the minor extra effort to clean.Just make sure to order the blade that matches your mixer. Like all things Kitchenaid, these are not universally interchangeable across different sized bowls.

I’ve gone through 3 kitchen aid metal beaters with powder coating which always ends up chipping off and getting all gross. For the price they charge, they should be made more durable! It’s been a real pain over the years! FINALLY I have found this beater and couldn’t be happier!! It works pretty well (doesn’t scrape the sides like it should) and not going to end up chipping anytime soon!! WOOHOO!!!!

Das Beaterblade arbeitet sehr zuverlässig und nimmt den Teig von der Schüssel mit.Die Verarbeitung ist gut.Leider besteht es aus Kunststoff und nicht aus Edelstahl was optimaler wäre.

Como lo muestra la imagen solicite el modelo KA-5L y en dos ocasiones me enviaron al hoja KA-6L, por ello es que solicite la devolución.

This works great and yes, there is no need to stop machine to scrap the sides. But the quality of this product is questionable. After 1 use, the rubber blades start to fray… not sure how long or how safe the gadget will work
