I have been looking for some mugs for my elderly parents for sometime. They particularly like the tankered shape as the lip of the cup allows them to sip their tea without it going down the side of the cups. and with the bottom being wider that’s where all the weight is,making it very steady to put it down..My mother thinks the design is one of the prettiest she’s ever seen, and the only thing that could improve it if we could have at least one more colour.My next objective is to find some sources that I will fit the mags as they both have trembling hands and it’s so much easier for them to control a mug on a saucer than trying to carry it around.

Really nice quality mugs.

But (my mistake) I thought it was a mug (gift for a lady) and was surprised to see it is a tankard design and quite large. Unfortunately I would describe the one that came as a ‘second’ as it was definitely imperfect, with an indentation down from the rim, and thus not suitable to give as a gift. The flowery design was very attractive though!

I have had numerous items from cooksmart and have always been satisfied with the quality of products I have received !!I purchased 4 mugs from them and all the mugs were chipped at the base. It took quite a while to receive a refund and I didn't even receive an apology.I was very disappointed

I have ordered these over and over again. I love them! But they often arrive broken and then they want the broken mugs shipped back to England! What a ridiculous waste of resource! I wish they would just ship them correctly!🧐
