Everyone should have on hand.
Arrived as expected. Definitely recommend for everyone to have on hand. Can replace the old bag of frozen peas. I have two for heat and two to keep frozen. Just wish they would have come with the blue sleeve to protect the persons skin and the product itself.

Stays cold longer
These seen to stay cold longer than other cold packs I have tried. THey are soft so they do not hurt an injury when applied.

Very little filler
Used this before, and it worked great. Reordered 2 of the same item and they have very little of the heat/cold filler. My old one is about 1/2 inch or more thick. These are less than 1/4 inch, so they don't stay cold for very long at all. Won't order sight unseen again.
