Feel very comfortable and sized right
I have Plantar Fascitis and wear birkenstock sandals as house shoes. This is my third pair but first for the Arizona. Feel very comfortable and sized right. They will get a lot of wear.

Comfortable sandals
Comfortable right out of the box! I ended up cinching them down to the last fastener holes due to my low-volume feet, but after I did that, these sandals are a breeze!

Factory seconds - left foot right foot
This is a defective product. In both shoes, cork cracked at front inner strap, almost evenly. I bought them on May 8th and wore them a few times a week.

Great Purchase!
This is my first pair of Birkenstocks and I am in love! I never really wanted to spend the money for them, but now I get it! They form fit to your foot and look great! You do have to break them in, but once you do they are amazing. I just bought another pair in a different style and color. I'm never buying cheap sandals again!

Not worth the price
I didn’t find these comfortable at all. My feet were in pain and I couldn’t walk in them they were so large!

So I don't know when I've seen more divided reviews when it comes to sizing than with this shoe. It seems the only thing everybody can agree on is that they are a true size whatever. It's probably best to buy the shoe in person but here's my tale of buying them without trying them on. I wear a 9-9 1/2 and a 40 in danskos. I decided to go against popular opinion of sizing down and ordered according to the size chart, i.e. 40. I don't usually order narrow but I did only because this is a unisex shoe that I figured would be a little wider to accommodate a mans foot. The shoes fit great for me and in my case ordering down would have been a mistake.

Defects
As far as I know this saldals go for 99.00 so I was a little confused to why they were cheaper, they ate definitely the real deal but mine came in with a few defects n them, so I am guessing they're are cheaper because they may have little defects here and there? I'm not sure but mine came in original packaging but the box was a little dent.
