If you're having issues with the left / right channels, make sure the splitter is sitting flush against the headphone cable. You've really got to force them together until they click. I've only knocked a star off because of this, otherwise they work great.

Does what it’s made for but the sound quality is blows par, bought this product to use with a pc headset, it does what it’s intended for but the quality isn’t up to the standard that it was bought for

I primarily bought these as a replacement for my Kraken headset, no issues with sound/audio quality. I've had them plugged into my desktop for several months now and they still work fine.

They arrived on time and undamaged. High quality construction and durable. Cannot wait to hear all the sounds, including music video games and movies through my new Sony over the ear headphones, when they arrive tomorrow with the splitter connection device.

Can twist and turn without no issue/s. Very strong and easy to use as in the head jack comes with a label to tell what one is the headphone jack or mic jack. Would recommend.

I got this for the PC so I could chat with headset when sat on the sofa. Its well made and works well.
