Good, Not Great.
My feeling is that they do not clip with the same strength. It feels like some clip harder than others. Maybe for paper it does not matter but I used it for a project where strength was important and some of them did not hold as strong as some.

Used for alternative purpose of tent camping to hold down bug sheer fabric
These binder clips worked great with sufficient pressure to hold bug sheer fabric to a camping tent awning fabric BUT the little metal wires to open / close the binder clip kept popping off on a few of the clips and were lost. So for this reason 4 not 5 stars.

As expected
As expected, but did seem to be over- packaged. I guess that's better than under-packaged, but don't think they need to be protected with foam packaging, each in it's own little section of protection.

They do their job
Some of the binders came slightly open and did not work on thin material but the majority worked just fine. They will rust if outside but still in tact
