Have used it for a few weeks. No complaints. Good value for the $$$

I purchased this item on October 1, 2020. I liked it but then it fell on the floor and stopped working. (My fault). Due to this, I purchased another on July 28, 2023. While I was using it today, the grinding mechanism broke. It has too many plastic parts and is not worth the money. I will not be replacing this item. It should have worked longer than five months. Beware.

I bought this 5/31/21. Yes, it is used daily. It is broken today 9/18/21. The plastic part that holds the grinder just broke in half. Very disappointed. I have to say that I really like the way this grinder feels in my hand, and the settings for grind coarseness.****Update to this review**** I was reached by the seller and a replacement item was sent promptly. Happy to be using it again. Seller deserves FIVE stars for standing behind the product. Because the first one broke so quickly, still only going with FOUR stars for the product!

Looks, style and function is good. They are glass so fragile. The grinder works as expected.

I bought this May 2020 and it broke February 2024. The support for the grinding mechanism is plastic and with near daily use it didn't have the strength necessary to last.

I like to start with the bad news first. It's difficult to explain, but each time you use the grinder, some of the ground pepper gets trapped in the grinding mechanism. If you leave it there it will fall out when you next use the grinder. To avoid this, when I am done grinding, I have made a habit of tilting the grinder a little bit and shaking the grinder to get all of the ground pepper out. I don't see this as a significant problem.Another thing you should be aware of is the fact that the coarseness of the grind cannot be adjusted. This is not a problem for me. I quite like the size of the grind.And that bring us to the things that I like. First off, it holds a lot of pepper (more than I originally thought), so I don't have to refill it very often. It comes with a lid, so even with the fact that some of the grinds stick, they won't end up on your counter. And most importantly (for me), it is very easy to grind.Bonus: Mine came with a small collapsible funnel. I didn't see that mentioned in the product description so I'm not sure if this comes with every grinder.

The media could not be loaded. Criticism- I'll try my best to describe it, but it's easiest to see in the short video clip attached- When you hold the grinder to grind, you have to hold it on the black lip. If you hold the silver neck and try to grind, the grinder will spin without grinding anything.In the video clip, I attached a piece of tape to the black lip to show that the silver neck will rotate, but the black lip / grinder will NOT. Thus, it's inconvenient to hold this grinder by such a small piece to grind.
