Potential Fatal Flaw - Valve Height Not Adjustable
CAUTION - flow valve height may be an issue. The flow valve (shower head or hand held) is located at the top of the fixture where the existing shower head emerges from the wall into the shower. If you have a high entry point like for a rain shower, that puts the valve way up there. I am 5’11 and can barely reach the valve in my shower. My wife is 5’2 and cannot reach the valve. It will take a major modification to lower the valve position. If you have this problem, I would look for a different fixtureExcellent value, well made, relatively easy to install.

Don't hesitate to buy, very nice system and nice quality
We love our Aqua Rain "Pulse Shower Spas". We consider ourselves a bit above “weekend diy’ers”. So installing this was no problem. The biggest issue was finding the correct “diamond Drill bit” to drill a hole in the tile.Aesthetics wise, this system is very nice. Very heavy metal in all the parts, that is nicely polished (chrome) and matches nicely to the fixtures. In fact, I feel that the Pulse Shower Systems materials feel better than the Delta faucet valves and other shower head we have. Where needed they also have rubber o-rings to seal the metal.Couple of notes. The screws are not long enough, to reach the studs, behind tile, thinset and CBU. So I ended up using the anchors. Also the switching from rain head to hand wand, is at the top where the base is. So keep that in mind. While “adults” can reach it, no go for shorter people or kids. The Aqua rain head body, does have a curve on it. Make sure you have clearance of about 8” from where it comes through the wall to the ceiling. As I was building our shower, 1) we raised the standard to about 7’ (vs 6’6” standard) and we made sure that there was clearance to the installed ceiling. We had 1 broken piece from shipping, contacted Pulse Shower Spas, and they sent the replacement part the same day.Overall we are very pleased with it and the quality. Our amazon review and lower review of tiles have pictures.

Rain shower with shower bar
Very happy with this purchase! I purchased this rain shower model to update my shower/bathroom and it looks great. I looked everywhere to find on the has a additional spray head to use to clean my shower. There are several out there, but not as nice or too expensive until I found this one. I did not want to screw the shower bar into the wall so my husband gave me a great idea about using a no drill shower mount assembly found on a website. It does not drill into the wall and it can be removed with no problem and it is sturdy! I will pass on the website and the kit to use if you choose to go this route. **Website is [...] the site has a vide for installation. Also this mount needs 12 hours to dry and adhere to the wall and you would need to buy metric machine screws to use with it.

Great!! Used in a one piece fiberglass shower stall.
Wasn't sure when I ordered if this would work in our one-piece fiberglass shower stall (431/2 in.inside measurement). No worries though with the correct hardware. First I'd like to echo what I found to be true from other reviews.1) Plumbling and hardware is solid, high quality and almost all metal with very smooth action. The few plastic parts, like the hand shower, in our case would need to be replaced on some interval anyway because of the long-term corrosive effects of our city supply.2) Installs easily. Directions are simple and easy to follow.3) Measure carefully. My wife and I differ in height by ten inches. We found the location of the rain head and shower bar perfect and the switch between hand and rain head reachable for her. But there is wide variance in users and installers so make sure it will work in your current setup or you will have much more work to do than merely screwing the fixture.4) Make sure your current shower head is solid. The rain head and piping are heavy so if your current one is wobbly, correct before installing.Installing in one piece fiberglass shower.1) Buy these Mechanical Plastics 50375 Toggler Snaptoggle 10-Pack 3/16 x 24-Inch BA Wall Anchors 2) While the screws supplied with the Toggler may work, they are not stainless. Searching all across the internet and big box stores, I could not find 1/4-20 X 3 1/2 stainless screws in small quantities. I did find them on a large internet auction site in a quantity of ten however.3) Drill your 1/2" holes for the Toggler carefully. I checked for studs so that I was clear to insert the Toggler. However, when I got down to the lower hole there was a copper pipe near enough to the hole to sustain damage if i had been widely forcing the 1/2" brad point bit through the fiberglass.4) I used some Kitchen and Bath clear caulk around this hole after inserting the Toggler and then locked it down. After tightening the screws, it seems very solid and sturdy.I didn't remove the flow limiters from either device. We are going to use for a while before trying. I'm worried if we do remove the limiters, the fine spray nozzles might direct too harsh a spray at the user. Plus, I'm frugal (cheap).

LOVE IT!!!
I’ve had this for a few months now and I absolutely love it! To be honest, I was unsure when I placed my order, as this was purchased for the walk-in shower in my master bathroom. I didn’t want it to look like I cheaped-out and was avoiding the expense of tearing out the tile to install a true hand-held shower system. Well, I could not be happier! It looks amazing! It works perfectly! It seems very high-end! The price is unbelievable! And...my not-so-handy husband installed this like a pro in about 1 hour! Overjoyed! Both the large rainfall shower head and the hand-held unit have fantastic water pressure. The water is easily diverted with a little lever to switch between the rain head and hand-held. No spillage from either unit when the other is in use. I’ve even placed the diverter lever half way between the two and both the rain shower and hand-held sprayed water at the same time (at slightly reduced pressure). The head of the hand-held unit even rotates to offer 3 different spray options. You can mount the slide bar anywhere you want (as long as the hand-held still reaches, of course). Overall, this is definitely one of my best purchases and a huge upgrade to my master bathroom shower for a fantastic price. So happy!!
