Accurate and stylish. You will need to calibrate it out of the box by using a trusted local weather source. Turn the screw on the back labeled “+/-“ and you should be good to go. A few light taps on the front before you take a reading is also a good idea.

This is an excellent barometer. Just what I was looking for in terns of style and function. Once calibrated which was very easy--one simply finds the barometric pressure in your area, adjust the dial and it is good to go.Threw away the previous barometer I purchased in 2017 from Amazon because it never moved so I considered it useless and a waste of money.

Well it arrived nicely packed. I calibrated it and also did the zip lock bag test to see if the needle moved. It does. However it is not tracking with local barometric readings. Local at 29.64 read on device is~29.78. This read was taken few days after calibrating. Maybe it is close enough.

This was a gift for my husband for Christmas. He loves it. I was a little bit worried that it wouldn’t arrive in time and shipping and package was done very well.
