Este producto es especial, no hice video y menos foto, cuando me di cuenta ya me había comido más de la mitad el mismo día que llegó y el resto lo llevaba al trabajo para darme ese toque dulce del día, disfrutando de este rico turrón y mi cafecito.

The real thing--no fake taste, no dried out before we opened it, and it held up for the several days it took for family to eat both boxes. MMM, yeah.

Amazing candy!!! Has been in my family for years specially for Christmas. The taste of Xmas !!!!

Previously I had only encountered this product in Spain at Christmas time in the local supermarkets. I grew very fond of it then but it was clearly not practical to bring large quantities of this home with me in my airplane luggage. So nice to encounter it on amazon.com and not much more expensive, really, than buying it in Spain. Turon is made from almonds - the higher the almond content, the higher the quality for the most part. El Almendro is a medium grade brand - not the most expensive, but very satisfactory in all respects. This stuff is the hard (duro) type - there are many varieties available at Christmas time in Spain. I recommend it highly.
