Ok so while some products on this site may not work as intended this mat does. i also bought the earthing rod to use wit the mat.I put this at the foot of my bed, above the sheet so my mid calfs/ankles and feet rest on it skin to mat.I connected the mat to the grounding wire, stuck the rod in the socket and ran the wire outside my bedroom window and stuck it deep into the ground.First night i had weird dreams, typically i dont dream and if i do i never remember them.2nd night and every night after no dreams, yay. just slumber, yay. i look at my fitbit every day to see if my sleep is altered and it is, i have gained about an hour of more deeper sleep every day, less waking up at night as well. (iwill point out that sleep isn't an issue for me, it is my friend and typically strive to get enough of it.)I noticed that when on the mat it relaxes me right out, kinda like when u drink a glass of wine, that same feeling i get, super relaxed, and less stressed.I don't have any major illnesses, my health is good so all i need is this size mat, don't need anything bigger, i just sleep with it every night.The other major thing i noticed is that it moves my lymph like no bodies business! i was actually seeing someone at my chiropractors office for homeopathic lymph treatment n accupuncture, i started that 3/4 wks before i got the mat and it was slow going, it did help so ikept going. i noticed that while at the chiro office they used a grounding mat under my feet so from that i thought i would look into getting one for myself at home. I did and by the 2nd nite the lymph was back to normal, zero lymph issues infact. Loving that part alone, that and the improved sleep.the other thing it helped was it removed any stiffness and slight achiness, i was taking a supplement for that daily that worked but i found i don't need to take the supplement for that any longer. so that's cool.One more thing, i read that some individuals can feel a lil tingling, well im one of them, so that's pretty cool, i only feel it in my feet and lower leg area, ever so subtle, lil zaps of something or other, which i didn't think i would feel anything, but who knew.Unfortunately i do not get outside in this hot FL weather, i simply love the beach but am not outside that much so this helps tremedously. When i do go out though i will def remove the shoes and let the earth do it's work.

Great little grounding mat! It's where I started with the grounding experience and ended up with a sheet also. Truly makes you feel so much better and sleeping on the sheet is even better. Use the mat while using computer or reading either on the ground or sit on it. I can actually feeling the tingle in my legs as it causes the body to become balanced. The sheet was amazing and still going on after 5 straight days of very relaxing sound sleep.

I will admit I was a little skeptical about this grounding mat at first, that it was almost too good to be true. But, after using it for a week, I can't believe the difference it has made! I have suffered with chronic inflammation for years, had bad spider veins in my legs that caused a lot of swelling and edema in my lower legs, ankles and feet that would cause twitching and pain at night that would prevent me from getting a good night's sleep. I was having to take either ibuprofen or Tylenol PM almost every night to get any sleep.The first night I used the mat for about 20-30 minutes before bedtime and I slept so soundly and woke up feeling rested and refreshed. I had energy throughout the day that I hadn't had in a long time. I have been using it for a little over a week now, and it amazes me how much better I feel, how much inflammation and swelling is gone. My spider veins in my legs aren't near as noticeable and I don't have pain in my legs, ankles and feet like I did before. I haven't had to take ANY ibuprofen or Tylenol.I use it throughout the day when I am on my computer at work, under my feet or under my keyboard. I have also noticed a reduction in my carpal tunnel syndrome symptoms, that my wrist and arms don't hurt.After realizing how much "grounding" was helping me, I ordered the grounding fitted sheet so my husband could benefit from grounding, too. It has helped both of us so much.I really love the versatility of the mat though. I can use it in so many different places and it's portable. I use it at home and at work. I normally don't write too many reviews, but this is one product that I wanted to make sure that I shared how much it has helped me and my husband. We both use it and absolutely love the benefits we get from using it. I can't recommend this product enough! You won't regret it! It is worth every penny and then some.Thank you Hooga for such a wonderful product that has literally changed my life for the better!

Seems to work and I have been sleeping better and waking up with less stiffness and pain. I noticed a light tingling sensation when I first used it but that goes away quickly. It’s not uncomfortable in any way. My husband didn’t notice anything the 1st time he used it though.

When you place your feet on the mat you feel nothing. No tingling. But after 30 to 60 minutes staying grounded on the mat your legs feel better. The circulation feels better.
