The description and pictures listed for this item are now out of date, storz and bickel no longer sell the wear and tear set with the liquid pads. Within an hour from me sending a message to this seller about the confusion I got a very thorough reply, and explanation to the issue. Because of the bar code listing, the seller is unable to change the description and pictures of the item as the original lister is no longer the one selling it, or reachable, it gets kind of confusing but more importantly seriously frustrating for the seller and any potential buyer as an update is currently not allowed. Not the sellers fault, at all.What you do get is everything listed but the liquid pads, so that's the X1 cooling unit(mouthpiece attached), x3 additional mouthpieces, x2 packer tools, X1 cleaning brush, x4 screen, x2 screen.Now to the actual review the items included are great, genuine storz and bickel products and working as intended no problems. It's great to have another cooling unit and a few mouthpieces so I can do cleaning cycles less often. One thing to note it seems the cooling unit is of the original mighty, not the mighty+ model, but that's good for me as now I have both types!The seller went above and beyond to apologise for the confusion with a very prompt and detailed explanation, as with their other products I've purchased I can't fault the items or service received, 5 star! (:TL;DR The pictures and item description are out of date. What you get is everything but the liquid pads and this is an issue with Amazon's item update policy which isn't reflecting what the item currently is, not the sellers fault. 5 star genuine product!

If you are owner of a mighty then you know its good to have spare parts, this is genuine storz and Bickel at a reasonable price my only niggle is it doesn’t come with the dab pads shown in picture other than this I’m happy with the purchase and would recommend with confidence!

All good fitting parts

This is the second time I have ordered this product, and the rinse pads (showen in picture and product description) have not been included. This is disappointing as I paid more (£8 extra) for this because I needed the rinse pads.

I’m pleased with what I did receive from this product but it was missing the liquid pads which i particularly needed. I actually chose this product over another which was £10 cheaper and buying the £8 liquid pads. Instead I still chose to go for this due to good ratings but was disappointed to find the pieces I needed were missing. I tried sending a message to supplier but no response.

The product is fine, but feel cheated with no liquid pads

No liquid pads included, despite them being in the product picture and information. False advertising.

Service mäßig die Jungs sind top. Lieferung ist schnell angekommen mit eine Kleinigkeit dazu apropos Danke. Service liegt im Detail und hier habe sie es viel weiter geschafft. Kann nur empfehlen. Uber die Produkte….. es ist Storz & Bickle und es ist immer perfekt. Also überall top. Amazon…..naja…..amazon, wie immer.
