I’ve been grooming my own dogs since I was seven (many years). My furry family members have incl Poodles, doodles, Yorkie, and mixes.I’m frugal, so I’ve always used a low cost Oster or Wahl clippers, and the scissors that come with them, along with a small electric trimmer.I have a Yorkie mix now with a heavy coat of fur on her legs that I scissor clip.This set of scissors has changed my life! Well, at least saved me a ton of time, and Shadow gets to go do her thing a lot sooner.They’re all sharp, I love the curved ones. Great for feet, and head (by far my favorite). The thinning ones I used on her face to thin her whiskers a bit. Her face looks huge if I don’t. They were comfortable to use. Great set.

We one a dog grooming business and these are the BEST scissors! Soo sharp, be careful when you get close to little Fido!

I like the sharpness of these scissors. The holes through which one must place one's fingers are a bit too small, but they give the option of removing the finger-hole inserts, allowing more room for the larger fingers. With proper care, they should last a long time!

I bought these and they just arrived. They seem like great quality but..... my chunkers open but will not close. the tooth catches on the full blade and it will not close. Hopefully the seller will see this an advise or send a new clunker 8 inch.Update I used the shears and thinners great quality. Still can’t use chunkers
