Seems to dry out active pimples, but does very ...
Seems to dry out active pimples, but does very little for past texture and skin tone problems. Its a very mild at home peel and I would consider buying it again for that reason, being as it leaves my skin in the same condition it was prior to use so there is no down time at all. However there is no peeling either. Definitely not the same results as a professional peel.

Success at last
Finally after years and thousands of dollars I found the perfect product to reduce and cure my enlarged pores! I could kiss this vendors feet for bringing true results for my huge pores. For years I battled huge pores with little results. About all I could hope for was to keep them clean and evacuated. It was awful going around with a nose full of pores you couldn't hide or do much about. After the second treatment of three minutes the pores have completely reduced to near invisible status. I have finally found the correct product to clean and reduce the size! I could have spent thousands more at the plastic surgeons office but thanks to this acid I am finally free of embarrassing enlarged pores. Thank you, thank you, thank you for giving me back a clean looking face.

Be careful but if used right, it's fantastic!
Omg this stuff is great! It's good for people who have oily skin like me. It dries out the pores a bit but be careful. Read the directions and dont leave this on your face for too long or it will literally burn your face off. If you have sensitive skin, donot use!

Amazing for acne scars!
I work as an esthetician and I use this peel to help treat my old acne scars. I used it once a week for 6 weeks with a daily application of a vitamin C serum and good moisturizer with sunscreen. It's helped me so much my skin looks amazing my pores are smaller and the texture is smoother. I'm bumping up to the 30% now. I would recommend a series of 6 treatments weekly once or twice a year but if you don't use a sunscreen daily you will burn and get sun damage like you can't imagine!

Received the wrong product
I ordered this product but received a different one, and didn't realize it until after I had used it. I received Skin Laboratory Salicylic/20 Gel Peel, Level 2, 1 oz. The product I received is not a roll-on. I assume it's substantially the same formula. I left it on for about half the maximum 8 minute limit, and it was pretty effective without burning my skin. I would have rated it 5 stars, but knocked off 2 stars for sending me the wrong product.

The roller ball is the way to go. Brilliant.
Gotta hand it to skin laboratory. This is the first peel I've purchased that used a roller ball applicator & I won't do a peel any other way from now on. It seems so obvious in hindsight, but I'd never thought of rolling it on before I saw this. I have not seen other brands selling peels that roll on.In the past I always had to use a cotton ball or a brush or gauze sponge...and wear gloves to protect my hands...and find a little dish to pour it in, etc etc. now it's one step - no fuss. Very pleased!

The applicator is a good idea to limit contact on skin you don't want ...
Does the job. BE CAREFUL. This is a potent mixture. it will remove layers of skin so rinse when you are done. Rinse well. The applicator is a good idea to limit contact on skin you don't want to be part of the treatment.

I love the fact that it comes in a roll-on tube
Key word: Roll-on. I love the fact that it comes in a roll-on tube, making it perfect for spot application. It's super strong, yet really gentle. I leave it on huge pimples, rather than do full face treatments and it helps heal them quickly.
