All was great quality! Very pretty. Will purchase different colors from them again.You have to string the banners yourself. Came with plastic needle and ribbon.

I would not purchase this again. I have bought other party decorations and they need minor assembly. This product comes all in pieces. You have to string the banners. Completely in do and redo the party balls so they come out right. Very dissatisfied.
